“Wow – can we really only give 5 stars?? Russell and Claire who run TECC have absolutely nailed it. The food at our wedding at Myres Castle last weekend was simply incredible. Almost every single guest commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten, and even the canapés received rave reviews! Particular highlights were the truffle mac and cheese balls and the starter sharing boards. Prior to the event, Russell and Claire worked with us to create a menu that suited our individual tastes and style, and we took inspiration from the kinds of food we like to eat at home, the restaurants we like to go to, and the countries we had visited. The menu tasting evening (which we invited our parents to help us with!) was like being at your very own private dining table in a high-end restaurant, except much more friendly. On the day itself, all of the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating – nothing was too much trouble. The food was simply delicious, and far exceeded our expectations. Being able to serve loin of venison cooked to perfection for 130 people all at once, about an hour later than originally planned due to the speeches running over, is very impressive. In a nutshell, we cannot recommend TECC highly enough. Thank you again to all of the TECC team!”
