Winter feast menu announced

18 Nov Winter feast menu announced

Hello!

We have a few spaces left for the very first pop up in our new kitchen in Edinburgh.  We are going to make the first one a night to remember!

This dinner will take place on the 26th/27th/28th of November.  It is a collaboration between The Edinburgh Catering Company and David Crabtree-Logan.  David wowed Edinburgh as one half of the Scratch Series at the start of this year.  He now cooks and preserves here: The Table at Hillside

Russell and David have created a six course menu (with some treats along the way) guaranteed to help you embrace the longer Scottish winter nights and get into the festive spirit!  We are pleased to be able to release the menu below.

To give you a taste of what’s we are planning; we have two whole Texel lambs arriving next week for our main course.  On the night these will be finished on the BBQ outside, and coated with an elderberry glaze, picked only a few metres from the kitchen!

Arrive at 7pm for warming mulled beer and canapés.

In a unique dining environment, you will be able to chat with David and Russell as they cook in front of you, interacting and explaining the story behind their dishes as they are served.

The event will take place in our kitchen in Granton.

Tickets are £40.  Drinks will be available to purchase on the night.

For bookings email: russell@theedinburghcateringcompany.co.uk or call 07581 242 138.
